Checking Your PSN Account Region
Your PSN account region is set when you create your account and cannot be changed.
On PlayStation Console
- Go to Settings
- Select Users and Accounts
- Choose Account > Account Information
- Your country/region will be displayed
On Web Browser
- Go to account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com
- Sign in to your account
- Your region is shown in Account Details
Why Does This Matter?
Purchasing content that doesn't match your region will result in redemption errors. Always buy:
- UK products for UK accounts
- US products for US accounts
- EU products for other European accounts
