After completing your purchase, you can easily track your order status.
Where to Find Your Order
- Log in to your account
- Go to "Dashboard" > "Orders"
- Click on any order to view details
Order Statuses Explained
- Pending: Payment is being processed
- Processing: We're preparing your digital keys
- Completed: Your keys are ready!
- Refunded: Order has been refunded
Digital Key Delivery
Most orders are delivered instantly. You'll find your keys on the order details page and in your confirmation email.
